This dish makes a change from a spag bol and if you’re a non meat eater but are not averse to eating fish then this dish is most definitely one to try! The dish serves four. It’s full of tasty veg and herbs with a little spicy twist in the tail!!

Nutty Norfolk Naturalists
My partner Adam and I love nothing more than venturing out into our stunning and peaceful local countryside and spending our leisure time lurking in the hedgerows and along the seashore, river banks or unique Norfolk broads, peeking into every nook and cranny searching out interesting fauna and flora to spy through our binoculars or photograph with our digital cameras.

Mini Sticky Sausages
Quick, easy and cheap to make, these sausages are perfect if you’re holding a finger buffet for friends or family over Christmas.
I suspect, like me, there are a few people who are having friends round for a buffet style meal over Christmas. As I work full time and have my sister and her tribe over on Christmas Eve I’ve bought in several frozen buffet items but I always think it’s nice to make a few of my own.
Olive Tapenade Toasts
Another quick and easy recipe, perfect for a more sophisticated Christmas finger buffet. Looks and sounds posh but incredibly easy to make!
This recipe probably won’t appeal to everyone but it certainly looks and sounds impressive and provided you like black olives and anchovies it can make an amazing dish for your Christmas finger buffet.

Goats Cheese and Tomato Tart
This recipe isn’t one for the novice cook, but if you’re a vegetarian and/or enjoy baking, this could be a recipe you may want to try out. This serves about four (depending on the size of your appetite!) so may be a nice idea for a supper party with a couple of friends, or maybe for serving up at a barbecue if you have vegetarian friends joining you.
