I often fancy something that’s a bit spicy and a cheesy and I usually end up going for cheese on toast with a drizzle of spicy brown sauce but this recipe is equally as cheap, quick easy to make but is so different to my normal bog standard fare! And it’s meat free!!

This is a nice, easy and cheap addition to your Christmas finger buffet party table!

The dish is said to be enough to provide 26 balls but obviously it’s a bit hit and miss as it depends on how big your balls are!!

If you don’t like walnuts or Stilton you could of course experiment with other nuts and/or crumbly cheese. This is an unusual buffet dish which is ideal for your vegetarian friends – makes a change from bog standard veggie fare!!

Over here in the UK we tend to have our pork chops rather boringly cooked - grilled, fried or casseroled, often served with seasonal veg and apple sauce but this recipe breaks away from that and gives a slightly more unusual twist!
This is a relatively quick and easy dish and serves four people.
