It may seem a little odd but I look forward to hat feeling of soreness after working out. The reason being, I know I actually accomplished something. Now this is not pain or injury, just that sore and stiff feeling you get from the lactic acid build up. This also inspires me to keep moving so I can loosen everything up and actually get rid of the soreness.

Funny, I'm the same way. I actually like the soreness because it makes me feel like I accomplished something! I also take Fish Oil to reduce the discomfort and fight against the inflammation. As noted in the post, Vitamin C is good, too ( :
