Most mothers know that it’s beneficial to put babies out in the fresh air when it’s dry and fairly warm but, throughout Scandinavia it’s general practice to put babies outside in their prams for a nap in sub-zero temperatures. But is there any evidence that this has health benefits for the children as they grow?

I'm in awe of those mothers out there living in worst places who had raised their children with dignity, care and love. Living there is so difficult, what more is raising a child! Thus, our mothers (no matter what race and colors they are) deserve to be our heroes.
