This dish makes a change from a spag bol and if you’re a non meat eater but are not averse to eating fish then this dish is most definitely one to try! The dish serves four. It’s full of tasty veg and herbs with a little spicy twist in the tail!!

I often fancy something that’s a bit spicy and a cheesy and I usually end up going for cheese on toast with a drizzle of spicy brown sauce but this recipe is equally as cheap, quick easy to make but is so different to my normal bog standard fare! And it’s meat free!!

This recipe isn’t one for the novice cook, but if you’re a vegetarian and/or enjoy baking, this could be a recipe you may want to try out. This serves about four (depending on the size of your appetite!) so may be a nice idea for a supper party with a couple of friends, or maybe for serving up at a barbecue if you have vegetarian friends joining you.
