Vegetarian Sausage Recipe
Despite trying desperately to be a vegetarian I just can’t get used to the quorn/tofu versions of sausages we get in our local supermarket. They just don’t have the texture or the flavour that I look for and they seem incredibly expensive compared to the meat versions. On my trawl through the archives I came across this vegetarian recipe which should appeal to vegetarians and meat lovers alike. The main ingredient, vegetable suet, may not be readily available in the US but, at the bottom of the recipe I have found a couple of websites where you can order British food online, so if you don’t like the recipe, you may find some other things on there to tickle your taste buds!

This recipe isn’t one for the novice cook, but if you’re a vegetarian and/or enjoy baking, this could be a recipe you may want to try out. This serves about four (depending on the size of your appetite!) so may be a nice idea for a supper party with a couple of friends, or maybe for serving up at a barbecue if you have vegetarian friends joining you.
