When I initially saw this recipe I thought it was going to add nothing more to the pasta recipes I already had, but having given it a good scan through, I realised it had a little more to it than just chicken and veg in a creamy sauce!

Having recently experienced the delights of mozzarella and jalapeno fritters from my local fish & chip shop (yep, you guessed it, I am British!), I was delighted to find this recipe for goats cheese fritters, although I think it would suit any crumbly cheese if you are not into goats.

Quick, easy and cheap to make, these sausages are perfect if you’re holding a finger buffet for friends or family over Christmas.
I suspect, like me, there are a few people who are having friends round for a buffet style meal over Christmas. As I work full time and have my sister and her tribe over on Christmas Eve I’ve bought in several frozen buffet items but I always think it’s nice to make a few of my own.
