On my trawl through the archives I came across this vegetarian recipe which should appeal to vegetarians and meat lovers alike. The main ingredient, vegetable suet, may not be readily available in the US but, at the bottom of the recipe I have found a couple of websites where you can order British food online, so if you don’t like the recipe, you may find some other things on there to tickle your taste buds!

This serves about four (depending on the size of your appetite!) so may be a nice idea for a supper party with a couple of friends, or maybe for serving up at a barbecue if you have vegetarian friends joining you.
