Chicken Chili Soup is a hot and yummy meal for the entire family. It is very easy to make, inexpensive and can feed your entire family. This is one meal that the kids won't complain about! They will clean their plates and ask for more!

Although this is technically a Vegan recipe, it can easily be modified to include Beef, Chicken or Turkey for a great Chili Con Carne!
It's designed for the slow cooker or crock pot, and takes about 6 hours to cook on Low heat.
You can mix everything together in the crock pot insert the night before, place it in the fridge and then cook it the next day.

I have been making this chili for more than twenty years. I have revised this chili more times than I can count, but this is the one my family always asks for. I lived in Kentucky several years ago, about seventy miles from Cincinnati, Ohio, where they are famous for their Cincinnati style chili using cinnamon and cocoa powder along with various other spices. While this is not a Cincinnati style chili, I use just a touch of cinnamon and cocoa powder in the seasoning mix. Both of these ingredients are optional, but give it a try, I think you will like it.
