My partner Adam and I love nothing more than venturing out into our stunning and peaceful local countryside and spending our leisure time lurking in the hedgerows and along the seashore, river banks or unique Norfolk broads, peeking into every nook and cranny searching out interesting fauna and flora to spy through our binoculars or photograph with our digital cameras.

I’ve been reading an article on inventions that have changed the way we eat and, in researching further, have come arcoss some interesting facts. Likewise the use of flint for knives and the progression into the world of metals for utensils.

Several Spreads are now available for your daily sandwiches , Apart from common bread spreads like jam , butter , cheese spread , honey we could now find mayonnese with different flavours such as garlic , peanuts etc . There are several bread spreads which we use regularly for our sandwiches . Home made spreads and fillings are also popular and is upto individuals taste .
