During winter months I love nothing more than a casserole or stew but, not being much of a red meat eater, I tend to end up with free range chicken or just vegetables, so I was thrilled when I found this recipe which has a Mediterranean twist

Another pumpkin recipe which is quick and easy to prepare as well as being hot and spicy after a night out trick and treating on Halloween!

This recipe serves four and don’t panic if you haven’t got cracked coriander seeds or fresh coriander. In place of the cracked coriander seeds I used ground coriander which any good supermarket will have on the spice shelf and, in place of the fresh coriander, I chopped up a bit of fresh parsley.

A hot sausage roast which has an unusual sweet and sour onion gravy. Can easily be adapted for vegetarians!

This is a simple dish, quick to prepare and there’s plenty to warm up a family of four on a cold, windy, autumn day!
