This pizza crust has a thick and cheesy soft texture, best for people who prefer the Italian taste. You can create different toppings of your choice with this one, or you can eat the creamy crust alone along with some dip. I created this dough when I was experimenting different flavor of crusts for our menu. The secret for this recipe lies with the cheddar cheese that I combined during the process. One more thing, I used olive oil instead of ordinary corn or vegetable oil. It makes 2 large pizzas (12’’).
