Chia seeds are already hitting the health market in the US but although they are available in the UK they don't seem to have hit the market as hard as in the US. I suppose this isn’t really surprising as the plant is more prevalent in Mexico and Southern America, so it follows that it would more easily find its way across the borders to the US before reaching us far flung Brits!

I'd never considered combining these three ingredients but as we had our Asda supermarket order delivered today and by some strange coincidence we'd received ham, mozzarella and a punnet of the new season's peaches which were grown in Kent (UK), I decided to try it out for lunch.

I saw this sign in a garden at Civic Center Plaza in Scottsdale, Arizona. The garden contained an array of colorful flowers and lots of green vegetables like artichokes, celery, and Swiss chard. It also had a nice selection of herbs like basil, mint, rosemary, and more. It smelled wonderful!
