Chia seeds are already hitting the health market in the US but although they are available in the UK they don't seem to have hit the market as hard as in the US. I suppose this isn’t really surprising as the plant is more prevalent in Mexico and Southern America, so it follows that it would more easily find its way across the borders to the US before reaching us far flung Brits!

I am not sure who thinks up such wacky holidays like National Margarita day.

However, I am thankful for this one since I am a huge Margarita fan. And quite honesty, I feel it is my duty and yours to celebrate this fine holiday on
