Reiki is an ancient hands-on method of healing that has been used for thousands of years. Reiki is Japanese for Universal Light Energy, and it refers to the energy that comes from the universe, or mother nature, or God if you are religious (although Reiki is not religious based, it can be used by anyone of any religion).
