This morning, I covered my three year-old's boo-boo with a glow-in-the-dark Spider Man Band Aid.
“Fanks,” said my son, admiring the band-aided finger and in the sweetest voice, he sighed, lovingly shook his head back and forth and said, “I luf you.”
“Awww,” I said, “I love you too, buddy!”
He looked up at me as if he’d forgotten I was standing there.
