Most people don't have a problem with women trying to breastfeed their children. There are, however, some people who have a problem with women trying to breastfeed their children in public. In my own state, in recent years, a woman was kicked out of an Applebee's restaurant for breastfeeding her son in the back of the restaurant. She wasn't using a cover, and another restaurant patron complained about her "indecent exposure."

2. Breastmilk contains the perfect nutrients that the baby needs to fully sustain the growth and development of the infant from birth until six (6) months of age. When the baby reaches the age of 6 months, breast milk is still a good source of nutrients; however, it must be complemented with adequate nutritious foods of the mother.

Pregnancy is a time of happiness and joy, but there are a few ailments that typically plague expectant mothers.
