Anyone for a bowl of collagen soup or a large slice of collagen pie?
Gilgamesh, is a pan-Asian restaurant based in Camden, London and its head chef, Ian Pengelley has come up with a collagen based menu called “Eat Yourself Beautiful”; its aim is to keep us all looking youthful. Apparently Japan began this faddy food epidemic selling noodles,soups and other dishes with added collagen.

Protein Diet with Rice
As rice is the secret of longevity. This is the most common herb in the world, and for good reason: nutritionists consider it an ideal addition to protein foods, as it replaces bread.
