INGREDIENTS
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1 ¼ cups low fat milk
1/3 cup butter
1 egg
1 tbs baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
2 strips bacon (fry, remove as much of the fat off as possible then crumble)
¾ cups Weight Watcher’s Four Cheese Italian Style Blend
2 tbs green onions (chopped)
Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top
