I've been diving under hedges, trudging through English water meadows, and trampling through leafy glades to find these two quick, easy, cheap and filling versions of plain, common all garden mushrooms on toast! Another one perhaps for all you youngsters out there who are hoping to go off to Uni in September!?

On my never ending quest to find new recipes which aren’t too time consuming and don’t involve loads of ingredients that I haven’t got available in my store cupboard, I came across this recipe which takes little preparation time.

I recently came across this recipe and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Give it a try this coming weekend. It’s enough to feed 2 people but it’s easy enough to adapt and it involves less washing up than a full English breakfast!
