- prevent urinary tract infections (UTIs and cystitis)
- prevent kidney stones
- reduces nappy rash
- kills bacteria and viruses
Cranberries increase the amount of ‘hippuric’ acid in the urine, and this is known to kill bacteria, leading to fewer occurrences of urinary tract infections.
