Check CIBIL status
Like that in every county India has a credit-rating agency called CIBIL. CIBIL maintains a report that contains the financial activities of Indian citizens, and a score is assigned to each report. Banks ask for this report whenever a person applies for monetary assistance from their firms. They won't grant loan/ credit card to persons with bad credit history. Therefore, it is important to know if your name is listed in CIBIL. You can check your CIBIL status online in the official website of the agency CIBIL.com, and the procedure is given here.
