Slovakia is bordered Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Slovakia and Austria. It is a small country but beautiful. It has the western end of the Carpathian Mountain range which are over 2,500m. The highest mountain is 2,655m. The High Tatra mountains are a natural border to Poland. The climate is European with short spring and autumn, warm summer and cold winter. Their vast forests have a huge variety of wildlife. Bratislava is the capital and is near the border of Austria.

Slovenia is a small country but the wealthiest and most industrialized of the former Yugoslav republics. It lies north of the Balkan Peninsula. It has mountains and fertile valleys. A 47km coastline at the Adriatic Sea. Almost half of the country is forests and has a huge variety of wildlife. Natural resources are oil, mercury and brown coal.

Guatemala is the more northern of the Central American countries. The name comes from the Aztec and it means 'land of trees'. The country is know for its strong coffee and sudden death. It is ruled by the military and their 'death squads' which is an undercover assassins working for the police and army. The country was part of the Mayan Indian Empire and the forests hides remains of cities built 2000 years ago. The forests also has a terrific wildlife.
