A break dancing event called "Cypher in the Hood Series" at NBK Studio on Bright Street gets my recommendation as one of the events to check out. It is a competition between bboys and bgirls of whom can get down on the floor to see who has the longest stamina, endurance, and of course, dancing skills. Henry Vijande aka "Rival", owner of NBK studio and creator of "Cypher in the Hood" jam explained some of the details regarding the event series; the battles will take place weekly for 8 weeks with chosen dates.
