I had been hoping to get out and about a bit more over the long Easter break but, as so often is the case over bank holiday weekends, it was fairly miserable although I tried to grin and bear it and even managed to get the lawn cut!

Before I became a freelance writer/digital typist, I worked as a legal secretary in my local city of Norwich and I often found myself glued to my chair for most of the day apart from 9.00 to 9.15 in the morning when I did my filing, about half an hour when I had lunch and about five minutes max making coffee or tea but new research shows that we can be glued to our workstations and computers but remain fit!

The week seemed to start off fairly well. I had a good balance of work and writing but then, as they say, all good things come to an end and this was certainly true over the last week!

Thursday seemed to be the catalyst!
