Dear Kaiser,

Despite all of our efforts for following your advice for taking responsibility for our health we are not seeing that you are even willing to provide us any incentives or rewards for our doing so. We do not smoke, take any prescription drugs or have any reasons to use your services except for preventative health visits.

Free clinics are not hard to find, many times you can call a hospital in your area and get a number. If you have internet you can type in free clinic and your city name and find one that way. These clinics provide help to people who otherwise could not afford it.
