Based on the true story of Oscar Grant. A man viciously shot down by police brutality on the last day of December 2008. Although it would be easy to write him off as a bad seed due to his shady past. However, we also learn that this deeply flawed man is actually more of a pure soul that yearns to better his life, but sometimes things are easier said than done.

I’d often seen clenched fist salutes used on various occasions and had assumed it was something relatively new to show some sort of victory as in sport or election campaigns, but I’ve recently read an article which delves a little deeper and I was amazed at what I read.
