An Arizona power-washing contractor was arrested in Tucson on Friday on a two-count federal indictment for allegedly producing and using chemical weapons which were placed in the front and back of a Tucson couple’s home, where he then ignited them.

I was in Evanston, Illinois about eight years ago on vacation. As we passed one of the streets, we noticed a large group of people congregating in the middle of it. They had blocked off the street at both ends and had set up a lot of table and chairs under the trees that lined the street. I pulled over to the side and walked back to the corner of the street. I asked an older lady there what was going on and she told me that they were having a Block Party.
