Firsts Fridays are always exciting, but this month there's so much going on! Between getting ready for the holiday season and getting over Halloween, events are bunched up. Here is offered a list that is far from complete, but it tells you about one place to see great artwork, have some great coffee or drinks and a bit to eat with live music in the background.

That's right, Portlanders who shop at New Seasons Markets in the area will soon get live music to listen to while they shop. I'm not sure I'll like it, as I'm usually so focused on getting the best price for whatever I'm there to pick up. Read the whole article for details.

If you didn't come this year, you really have to come next year. The dogs at Fido's Indoor Dog Park had a Halloween Party last weekend and both dogs and people enjoyed it.
