If you are looking to spend the day on a beautiful beach, there's one place you will never run out of options. Kangaroo Island in South Australia has not one, but about 50 beautiful beaches. Each one has its own unique attributes and some of them have even qualified as the most beautiful beaches in the world.

The Central Plain:

This is the heart of Thailand, the region where the original Thais first settled attracted here by the extraordinary fertile land to be found on either side of the Chao Phya River and its tributaries. Much of Thailand’s early history was focused on this “basin,” with successive capitals, Sukhothai, Ayutthaya, Thonburi, and finally Bangkok, being located in the region.

Today, it boasts hundreds of square kilometers of rich rice-growing areas, leading to its epithet “Rice Bowl of Asia.”
