Bubblews has a ten post limit, probably to help control spammers from blowing up the servers with junk content. Most people there are just trying to make some extra money legitimately though and one of the most common goals people have is to hit the ten post mark. For people that work full time this can be a harder task but I was only 2 posts away with 20 minutes left.
