The fall and winter months bring about a different change in season and along with this change comes the increase in sicknesses including colds, the flu, and other viral infections. Small children are not always able to fight sicknesses as well as adolescents and adults can meaning lower immune systems for little ones. But, there are ways to protect small children from getting sick or at least help keep their environment cleaner and more germ free to decrease the amount of illnesses.
