This is a video of a Black Widow Spider crawling. The video was shot using a Sigma 180mm macro lens on a Canon 5D Mark II camera body. Black Widows are one of three spiders in the United States considered dangerous to humans.

With the recent earthquakes in Japan and New Zealand, I picked up some useful information about staying during an earthquake. Its useful to know that their may be a foreshock before the real earthquake which could be a lot bigger. Reduce your movements and get to a safe place as soon as possible. Stay there until the shaking has stopped and your able to get out safely.

It is not easy to pull away from someone you are attracted to. However, it will be better to avoid suffering before getting involved with the wrong person. If you’ll have a traumatic relationship with a person who doesn’t really love you, you will hate him or her in the end. You’ll then do something absurd in order to get revenge. This is how you’ll lose your mind.
