These are some of my aquatic pets feeding on worms. I have two Tiger Salamanders, a Painted Turtle, a Softshell turtle and a Mud turtle living together. They all like to eat worms and floating reptile pellets.

Change activities. Do it easier. Hoof it, instead of jogging. Take a hike. Take up Nordic walking. Get on the treadmill. Ride a bike. Essentially, if you have bored yourself to tears with your fitness regime, or immediately grew tired of a particular cardio activity - change it up!
