I went outside one morning after a rain and I noticed a weird worm on the driveway that I had never seen. I went to investigate it and got it in a jar. After a little research I found out it was a Hammerhead Flatworm. These are an invasive species that are harmful to gardens.

Spyware, viruses and worms all get onto a user’s computer with permission or by using deceptive means. Once on the computer, they cause harm to the computer and impair functions. Spyware, viruses and worms are all designed to be difficult, if not impossible, to detect. They often are designed in a certain way that prohibits them from being removed in normal manners.

This is a tricky creature, and the way a earthworm looks can fool you! Even without eyes and ears this squiggly worm can sense when the sun is shining and if a hungry Gopher is hanging around. Earthworms are very strong for their size and can move stones around and dig tunnels to travel through even though they don't have a spine. In their mouth you won't find any teeth but these worms can eat almost one and a half times their own weight in one day! Imagine eating a bathtub full of cereal everyday, yikes! But earthworms eat a lot of soil and this makes it much better for the earth.
