Randal Spangler is a fantasy artist from my hometown of Kansas City. He paints wonderful fantasy art featuring these cute little dragons. His paintings are whimsical and fanciful, great for kids. My family has enjoyed his art or years. He's often had shows at "Art Walks" in Kansas City. Take a look and I think yo'll be enamored with these adorable draglings, too.

Avris the Dragon Dancer has entered the annual Dragon’s Challenge. She is determined to do it her way. Will Tychus let her? It had rained everyday for about two weeks. Until the sun had come out three days ago and today there wasn’t a cloud to be seen for miles. A perfect day to begin this year’s challenge.

What I make depends on where my imagination happens to wander, but it is all made with love and attention to detail. I do not use molds or commercial patterns.
