The Help is a novel set in a place called Mississipi during the time when the Blacks were the slaves of the White people. Every black lady and her daughter are destined to work in the white household. The book revolves around Ms Phelan and her friends along with the lives of the maids. The women who take care of the white household and the kids, sometimes more than their mothers do are also treated badly. The maids endure all of it silently until a day when an initiative is taken to build a separate Toilet for the domestic help in every house.
