3 lg. portobello mushrooms
8 slices of prosciutto cut in 2" pieces
1 1/2 cup of heavy cream
5 oz. of peas
teaspoon of salt and pepper

Make an Omelette Like a Chef
Things you'll need...
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Mushrooms.
1/4 Onion.
2 oz Black Forest Ham.
1 oz Cheddar
1 oz Jack.
3 slices Avocado
Sour Cream.
Crack two eggs in a bowl, add a little ½ & ½. Beat with a fork.
Shred the jack and cheddar cheese, chop the Black Forest Ham and onions. Slice the avocado and the mushrooms.
Saute the onions and mushrooms in olive oil. Add ham, toss, turn off heat and leave covered in pan while you prepare the eggs.
Heat up an 8” skillet or Omelette pan.
Melt butter over medium heat (do not brown) and add eggs.
