In the aftermath of the tornado that ripped through Joplin, looters have emerged to pick through the wreckage, further devastating people who have already lost their homes and livelihoods. Many survivors have very little left after the storms, but looters are intent that nothing of value remains, including copper from wiring, or any kind of building material.
