We so often hear that people who are in the middle of their lives hit a period of depression, often called a “mid life crisis”. Maybe it’s due to a hormonal change or maybe it’s a mental issue … but it seems that more and more pensionable people are now finding themselves in a “late life crisis” which can, if it’s not dealt with positively, ultimately lead to a deep depression.
