I don't pay speeding tickets. I'm unemployed. If I had a million dollars, I'd still not pay the damn speeding tickets. If I pay speeding tickets, it only reinforces in the collective consciousness of whatever redneck municipality that gave me that damned ticket, that giving me the ticket in the first place was the right thing to do.

Jail is usually not a good place to be, but when one considers that the state of Texas has not only a death chamber assembly line, but a Governor who has put innocent men to death before, knows it for a fact, and still refuses to admit it, it becomes all the more acute and relevant to the individual that life is something with less value in Texas, than perhaps, civilized places.
