If you thought the first "21 Jump Street" movie had relatively little to nothing to do with the original TV show, then this one pretty much confirms that this new franchise has nothing do with it. No, this series has officially taken the route of being a full on satire of buddy cop films that most audiences will probably find hysterical.

Loosely based on the Hasbro comics and toy line, Cobra resurfaces in it's quest for global domination by any means necessary. To make matters more interesting, the G.I. Joe unit gets set up by factions within their own government; thus causing our protagonists to go into hiding. However, things take a drastic turn for the worse, as they uncover the truth behind Cobra's sinister plan. Meanwhile, it seems like Snake Eyes still has an old score to settle with his long time nemesis, Storm Shadow.
