This time around, it begins with a nice game of beach volley ball. Great. Diane (Brandi Burkett), Jackie (Keely Christian) decide to throw a girls only slumber party. But while still at the beach, a weird guy shows up. He looks weird and behaves even weirder -- is he by any chance the Local Psycho?

They all leave the beach -- everybody but poor Sarah, who goes to her car all by herself, and guess what happens: yes, the Local Psycho shows up and power drills the poor girl to death. No slumber party for you, Sarah!
