The Pinto Art Museum is located inside the Silangan Gardens. Silangan gardens is the home of the Silangan Foundation for Arts, Culture and Ecology that is being head by Dr. Joven Cuanang. The Pinto Art Museum opened on December 2, 2010 after two years of planning, construction, and organizing. Antionio Leano designed the architectural complex of the museum.
