A con artist named Irvine runs an elaborate loaning scheme with his sexy partner in crime, Sydney. However, they end up getting caught a lowly FBI agent, who forces them to work with him on taking down some of the city's most notorious power brokers, and key members within organized crime.

Pat catches his wife cheating on him, in their house, so he beats him up. However, his actions land him in a mental hospital for eight months for his anger issues. After his sentence, he moves back with his parents in hopes of reconciling with his ex-wife, after that incident. However, things become complicated, when a young girl named Tiffany enters his life, who has problems of her own.
