Gangster Hats are back in style and as popular as ever. Is it because of all the celebrities wearing gangster hats? I think this has played a big part in the reemergence of the gangster hats. Although there are many types of gangster hats, one of the most popular styles is the Fedora Gangster Hat.

Fedora hats were introduced in the late 1800's and worn by the upper class depicting a sign of wealth. Then around the 1940 cinema era, stylish Fedora hats were worn by movies most famous detectives and gangsters. Which then caused them to just be referred to as the Gangster Hat.

The movie
that changed my life and made me realize that movies, for me, were more than just entertainment. I remember going to the Phoenix, with a vague understanding that Martin Scorsese must be somebody important. I left blown away. I didn’t know what to think. Everything changed for me. The dialogue, the acting, the directing, the editing, for the first time, I noticed it all. This is why the Departed holds that place for me. It changed my life. I could add more Scorsese movies to this list; Goodfellas, the Aviator, Raging Bull and fucking Taxi Driver, but the Departed was the one for me.
