It is in Eden that our souls begin. We meet and have confrontations with joy and pain. Sorrow seems to follow us, although, we try our best to avoid it. As humans, we are faced with leadership questions, evil with the development of our conscience and temptation and the challenge of disobeying God and the subsequent consequences. There are times that we want the Garden of Eden in our lives to remain flowery and the same continuously throughout the years of its existence.

Eden Park is one of many city parks owned and operated by the Cincinnati Park Board. Three major cultural landmarks are located on the park’s 186 acres; Cincinnati Art Museum, Krohn Conservatory and Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park. The park also features Mirror Lake, a gazebo, gardens, and scenic overlooks of the Ohio River valley.
