Sometimes creating the perfect Excel spreadsheet on your computer monitor screen doesn't print out as the same great Excel spreadsheet on paper. There are a number of reasons why you can't print all of Excel information on the same piece of paper. The Excel problem I frequently run into is when I go to print a spreadsheet that I have modified. Often the modified info at the end of the spreadsheet or sometimes even the sides of the spreadsheet won't print out entirely.

Basically, I'm talking about seeing something on your Windows computer screen, taking the exact image or screen shot out of it and the printing it on paper.
This is easy to do but I struggled a bit figuring it out at first.
