I suspect that most people buying a wireless mouse for the first time wonders "When will my mouse batteries die ?" It is a good question, battery life on electronics tends to be very short. Think about digital cameras and such and how often you have to replace the batteries or recharge the power source. Buying a new wireless mouse is just the first of the expenses, the rest of the cost will reflect how often you are changing out the battery.
