Here's how to downgrade if you've updated your phone and lost your jailbreak. You must have backed up your SHSH's via cydia's make my life easier button for these steps to work. This guide is based on windows xp but vista and 7 are very similar.

You can also follow these steps if you want/need to restore your phone but don't want to be forced to upgrade while doing so. It saves having to downgrade afterwards.

You must write a minimum of 10 characters for your title but no more than 100. Same with your description, it must be between 200 and 5000 characters. Those rules may be annoying but it's the best size for search engine indexing of your page, try to write a title and description as relevant as possible with keywords inside.
