After 4 months of being on a relaxed juicing diet I have seen some great progress. While I have lost a good amount of weight and most importantly body fat there have also been a few other significant health benefits. This post is all about what I have been able to accomplish by juicing with my regular every day routine.

Green juices are power-packed with nutrition. Greens have the ability to transform sunshine into the food that all creatures consume. True to their nature, greens produce chlorophyll, which oxygenate your body. This enables us to release stored toxins in the body.

The Omega 8005 is incredibly efficient. It juices quickly, and leaves dry, pale pulp (meaning that pretty much all the juice that could possibly be extracted from the fruit/veggies has been). I’ve even run the pulp back through the juicer to see how much more juice would be extracted, and it wasn’t more than a few tiny drops. It is VERY efficient with leafy green vegetables, which is something that other (cheaper) juicers often struggle with.
